Description: Lombardo was hired to saw cut, remove and excavate restrooms in student housing buildings at CSUMB. The restrooms were from 3rd, 2nd, and ground level in 3 separate buildings. The upper floors needed the CMU walls opened up and shower pans broken out for plumbing upgrades. The ground floor included the walls opened up along with slab on grade cutting, removal, excavation and back fill. The project schedule was tight due to the students being out for the summer. We had 3 crews working on this site, each crew in each building.
