Description: Lombardo was hired to assist in the skinning process of tilt up panels on the 17 floor building used by state departments. Lombardo drilled holes for rigging, flush cut the wall to the slab and the pieces were removed. We also gas sawed the perimeter of multiple shaft openings and stairwells for upgrades.
