Ashley Long has been working in the construction industry for ten years. She is a dedicated professional with experience in Employee Management, Operations, Estimating and Project Management. She recently came to the company with a background in tile but is excited to be transferring her skill set to a new industry. Her goals are to keep the company’s employees safe and engaged in the work they are doing to ultimately build a team where safety is Lombardo’s top priority.

Ashley is committed to nurturing and fostering a safety program that will continue to keep Lombardo’s upstanding reputation intact. She accomplishes this by holding regular safety meetings, certifying employees to use the latest and best equipment in the industry, maintaining job site safety, and continuing her education by attending seminars and trainings to advance her safety career.

In her previous roles she has successfully climbed the ladder from Customer Service Representative to Operations Manager and Project Engineer to Project Estimator/Manager. Ashleys takes pride in her commitment to her work and growing her knowledge to be the best in her field.

Outside of work Ashley enjoys doing all things outdoors with her husband and two sons. She believes and passes down that through hard work, perseverance, and a lot of fun, we can accomplish great things together.
