With over 17 years in the commercial construction industry, Dane Shaw has built his career on leadership, accountability, and getting results under pressure. From the field to the front office, Dane has managed every phase of construction—leading crews, operating heavy equipment, estimating projects, and overseeing multimillion-dollar jobs from start to finish.

Dane’s experience includes supervising large workforces, coordinating multiple subcontractors, and managing complex demolition and construction scopes in active facilities where safety and scheduling are critical. He has delivered successful projects for industry leaders such as Google, Stanford University, Tesla, Genentech, Amazon, Chevron Headquarters, and U.S. military bases throughout the West Coast and Hawaii.

Known for his calm leadership style and hands-on approach, Dane takes pride in creating safe job sites, clear plans, and efficient execution. His ability to bridge the gap between management and the field allows him to anticipate challenges early, control costs, and keep projects moving forward.

When Dane is not working, he loves spending time with his family, camping, riding dirt bikes, working out, hiking, beach days and football Sundays.
