Jose joined Lombardo in 2021, with no knowledge on the concrete cutting industry. However, he strived to learn and became a flat saw operator after 2 months of joining the team. During his tenure as a Flat Saw operator, he honed his abilities in traffic management, safety protocols and underground utilities identification.

He is recognized for his leadership qualities, adaptability, and attention to detail, always striving to provide his work with excellence and innovative ideas that help the company. Because of his previous job experience as an insurance sales manager, he became the perfect fit for our Outside Sales Representative position.
