Judy is a dedicated professional celebrating an astounding 45 years with the Lombardo Team since November 20, 1978.  She served as Office Manager under Richard D. Long, President (second generation) and Rick Long, Vice-President (third generation).

Her remarkable journey at Lombardo reflects a dedication to excellence and teamwork, cementing her as an influential figure in the industry.

A member of The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), she joined Silicon Valley Chapter #99 in 1981.  She served as chapter President in 1991.  She holds a CIT (Construction Industry Technician) certification.  Judy’s passion for construction and gender diversity has made a lasting impact on NAWIC and inspired many. 

Additionally, she has been a Notary Public for over 35 years, showcasing her commitment to service.

Alongside her thriving career, Judy finds joy in making greeting cards and participating in games like Bingo, Bunco, and poker.
