Lisa’s background was in the insurance industry adjusting homeowner, auto, workers compensation, commercial property, and mechanical breakdown losses. She has worked for Lombardo for over 6 years. She has excellent knowledge of the accuracy and completeness of invoices, and collection procedures with strong communication skills utilized in resolving customer’s queries.
Lisa accurately prepares weekly and monthly reports with tight deadlines, promptly resolves payment issues, and is always available to help our customers. She enjoys spending quality time with family/friends, pets, gourmet cooking, and listening to heavy metal in her spare time.
