Rick Long II is a dedicated professional with a deep family heritage in the concrete cutting industry as a proud fourth-generation member. With a passion for concrete cutting that runs deep in his veins, Rick spent 10 years in the field prior to his management role.

Throughout his career, Rick has progressed and enjoyed all aspects of concrete cutting from starting off in hand demo, to core drilling, wall sawing, and wire sawing on large projects. 

Rick enjoys being a team player and he understands the power of collaboration in achieving success. His approachable nature and communication skills make him great to work with, creating a positive and productive atmosphere within his teams.

For the past three years, Rick has been the Operations Manager. In this role, he has effectively coordinated teams, overseen customer service and scheduling, and ensured projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Instead of finding joy in performing the work himself, he now enjoys teaching and leading his team in the field and being involved with their progress and success.

When Rick is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two sons, coaching their sports teams, fishing, and hunting.
