Rosa graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in accounting and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field.  She started her career in the construction industry, branched out to commercial furniture, and transitioned back to construction in 2018.  She joined Lombardo in late 2019 and currently oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

Rosa is driven by helping people and businesses achieve goals.  She is continuously setting and reaching personal goals. She thrives in small companies where her impact can be widely felt.  Rosa feels that the most growth comes when you step outside your comfort zone.  She consistently pushes herself to explore new things that might challenge her and encourages her team to do the same.

Rosa has demonstrated a strong commitment to teamwork and a goal-oriented mindset.
