Monitoring constraints during ongoing project processes, extensive financial analysis of tracking of costs, revenue, and profits of ongoing projects. Meanwhile being proactive management of project schedules and costs. 

Daily operational management of field crews, administrative staff, and equipment utilization, accurate and efficient management of project goals and scope while communicating to all stakeholders. Comprehensive experience across various types of work, including core drilling, wire sawing, wall and slab sawing, hazmat remediations and full structural demolition in commercial, bridge, tunnel, municipal, industrial, healthcare facilities and residential settings. 

When will is not working, spending time with family, besides working on his aim at the local shooting range.
